After it wowed the crowds at Comic-Con, we've got our hands on the mind-blowing Visual Effects Concept Test from Tron: Legacy!

Due for release in 2011, and coming almost 30 years after the original Tron pushed computer effects to their (then) limit in 1982, Tron: Legacy is being helmed by first-time director Joseph Kosinski (who is also taking charge of a planned remake of Logan's Run).

Original star Jeff Bridges reprises his role as Kevin Flynn, who now has a 27-year old son named Sam (Eragon's Garrett Hedlund). When Sam decides to look into his father's disappearance, he finds himself pulled into the world of fierce programmes and galdiatorial games where Kevin has been living for the past 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant (Year One's Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life and death journey across a cyber universe that has become far more advanced and dangerous than ever before.

The original film's director Steven Lisberger is serving as a producer and co-writer on Tron: Legacy and, with music composed by Daft Punk, the film looks set to be a 3D adventure unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Don't believe us? Take a look for yourselves..
