We've got an early look at Jake Gyllenhall and cast in the Walt Disney / Jerry Bruckheimer mega-movie Prince of Persia, released in May 2010.

The film, which is adapted from the best selling video games, sees Brokeback Mountain star Gyllenhaal as the heroic Presian Prince Dastan who must team up with Princess Tamina (Casino Royale's Gemma Arterton) if he is to stop the villainous Nizam (Ben Kingsley) from unleashing a monstrous sandstorm.

Directed by Mike Newell (Donnie Brasco, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), Prince of Persia also stars Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2) and Tony Kebbell (RocknRolla) and hits cinemas on May 28, 2010.
