Coming to a cinema near you in March is the hotly-anticipated I Love You Philip Morris, the outrageously true story of lawman-turned-conman Steven Russell (played by Jim Carrey). With an outlandish premise and a well-received debut at the recent Sundance Film Festival, hopes are high that this may be one of the comedic gems of 2010. At first an ordinary, happily married local policeman, Steven's life takes a dramatic turn when a severe car accident makes him question his life. Realises that he's gay, Steven determines to live life to the full and turns to fraud to fuel his new extravagant lifestyle. When he is finally caught and sent to prison, he meets and falls in love with Phillip Morris (Ewan McGregor), and hatches an adventurous plan to spring them both from jail.

I Love You Phillip Morris is written and directed by Bad Santa helmers Glen Ficarra and John Requa and is due for release on March 19.
