Feast your eyes on the brand new trailer and pics from James Cameron's Avatar, released on December 18.
The story of Avatar, in which it falls to a reluctant hero (played by Terminator: Salvation's Sam Worthington) to save an entire civilization, was first conceived by Cameron 14 years ago. Then, however, the technology needed to realize his vision did not exist; now, it's taken four years of production for Cameron to make the film. It promises to deliver a fully immersing cinematic experience that will showcase a new breed of filmmaking.
