Bruce Willis has taken a bit of a break from the big screen over the last couple of years. Since he saved the world again in 2007's Die Hard 4.0, he's taken small roles in Robert Rodriguez's Planet Terror and Barry Levinson's What Just Happened as well as the straight-to-DVD Assassination of a High School President. This year sees him return to his leading man status, however, with futuristic thriller Surrogates - and we've got an early look.
The movie, which is directed by Jonathan Mostow (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines), is set in a future when human beings live alone in isolation as surrogate robots live out their lives for them. When the robots begin killing each other, however, Agent Greer (Willis) is forced out of his home for the first time in years to investigate.
Surrogates also stars Rosamund Pike, Ving Rhames and Radha Mitchell, and is released by Walt Disney on September 25, 2009.
