Paramount has sent over the trailer for their creepy new horror movie Case 39, starring Renee Zellweger. Zellweger plays social worker Emily Jenkins, whose newest case is a troubled 10-year-old Lilith Sullivan (Jodelle Ferland). Realising that Lilith's parents are trying to kill their little girl, Emily decides to look after her until a suitable foster family can be found. But, in the best horror movie tradition, Emily soon discovers that Lilith isn't quite as innocent as she appears..

Directed by German film-maker Christian Alvart (Antibodies), Case 39 also stars Yes Man's Bradley Cooper and Ian McShane (TV's Deadwood) and opens on September 25th, 2009. Prepare to be scared...
